Communication and Information Technology Commission (CITC) website allows you to check how many SIM cards are registered under your Iqama in Saudi Arabia and what are their numbers. Here is how you can do it.
First of all, open the CITC website from this link, click on the three dots at the upper-right corner to select the English language.
Check SIM cards with a Mobile Number
If you have access to a mobile number registered under your Iqama, enter the following details;
- Iqama Number.
- Mobile Number registered under your Iqama.
- Enter the Captcha code.
The CITC website will check and show you all the SIM card numbers registered under your Iqama along with its status. For example, I have 3 Mobily numbers registered under my Iqama.
Check SIM cards without Mobile Number
In case you don’t have access to any mobile number registered under your Iqama, you can open the same link, enter your Iqama number and click on the option “I do not have a mobile number”.
The CITC system will check its records and show you the names of all the cellular companies who have registered SIM cards under your Iqama.
In case you do not have any SIM registered under your Iqama in Saudi Arabia, the CITC system will check and show you a message “Dear User, No Numbers registered to this ID”.
Deactivate unauthorized SIM cards
In case you find a SIM registered under your Iqama which is not in your use, you can deactivate it by any of the following ways;
- Visit STC, Mobily, or Zain office.
- Register an online complaint to CITC.
